In this hands-on two-day workshop, attendees will complete the basics of creating and maintaining a CPM schedule through Oracle's P6 software. Additionally, students will also become familiar with industry standard scheduling best practices, including activity definition conventions, critical path integrity, and variance reporting.
After completion, attendees will be able to create and maintain schedules at a professional standard for use in live construction projects.
